NWMCS POLICIES

Class Policy

  • Classes start on time, arrive at RMC and the Course Site ready to Learn and Ride
  • Appropriate dress required while riding on the site; helmet, boots, gloves, jeans and/or chaps, heavy jacket.
  • Meals are not provided with the Course; you may bring your own or go to one of the many eating places in the area.
  • The school provides a cooler with Ice; feel free to bring fruit, snacks, etc. for consumption during class breaks.

Advanced Rider Course Cancellation Refund Policy

Due to our small class size, we have established the following policy:

Cancellations 7 days or less from beginning of Class

  • If you give notice 7 days or less before the scheduled date for the orientation session, or the date for a refresher class, there will be no refund.
  • However, if you have paid in full and reschedule for a class beginning within one year from your original class the school will reduce the tuition for that class by 30%.

Cancellations 30 days up to 7 days prior to class

  • If we are unable to fill the slot for the class, the school will assess a $200.00 U.S. Dollars cancellation fee.
  • If we are able to fill your class slot your tuition will be refunded.
  • All refunds of any fees paid by credit card will incur an additional $30.00 U.S. Dollars charge to cover our costs in processing the transactions
    [i.e. your refund will be $230.00 U.S. Dollars less than your tuition].
  • If a class is Cancelled by Northwest Motorcycle School you will be notified asap, and will receive a FULL refund.

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to class

  • Tuition paid by Check will be refunded to you in full by return check.
  • Tuition paid by Credit Card will be refunded to you less a $30.00 U.S. Dollars charge to cover our costs in processing the transactions.
